Jacinta Uramah-Eze

Jacinta Uramah-Eze is the Founder of She-Unite Empowerment, a Manitoba-based nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting women through community, connection, leadership, and economic empowerment.

As an immigrant, community builder, and entrepreneur, Jacinta understands both the opportunities and challenges many women face when building a new life, career, or business. Her passion for creating supportive spaces led to the founding of She-Unite, which began as a community where women could connect, learn, and grow together.

Under her leadership, She-Unite has evolved into a growing organization focused on helping women build confidence, develop skills, access opportunities, and strengthen their sense of belonging. Jacinta is committed to creating practical pathways that help women move from isolation to connection, and from potential to purpose.

She believes that when women are supported, empowered, and connected, entire families and communities thrive.
